Shipping Policy

We offer free white-glove delivery and assembly on all orders over $999. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the items ordered.

  • Standard delivery: 5-7 business days for in-stock items.
  • Custom orders: 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity and materials.
  • White-glove service includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
  • Delivery windows are scheduled in advance. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
  • We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a quote.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Custom orders, clearance items, and final sale products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • We will arrange free pickup of return items. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • For defective or damaged items, we offer replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
