Placing an order is easy! Browse our collection, select the items you love, choose your preferred finish and size options, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Standard delivery (5-10 business days) is free on orders over $999. Express delivery (2-4 business days) is available for an additional fee. We also offer white-glove delivery service where our team brings your furniture inside, unpacks, assembles, and places it in your desired room.
We want you to love your furniture. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom and clearance items are final sale. Please contact our customer care team to initiate a return.
Absolutely. All JS Furniture products come with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Our solid wood frames are warranted against structural failure for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper cleaning.
Yes! We specialize in custom furniture. Whether you need a different size, finish, fabric, or a completely bespoke design, our team of master craftsmen can bring your vision to life. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us directly to schedule a design consultation. Custom pieces typically take 6-10 weeks depending on complexity.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and financing through Affirm and Klarna. For custom orders over $5,000, we offer a 50% deposit payment plan with the balance due upon completion.
Our white-glove delivery service includes full assembly and placement of your furniture. If you choose standard delivery, most of our furniture comes with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and all necessary tools. For assistance, our customer care team can walk you through the process or connect you with a local assembly partner.

Wood furniture should be dusted regularly with a soft, dry cloth and kept away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Use coasters and placemats to prevent water rings. For upholstered pieces, vacuum regularly and blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. We provide detailed care instructions with every purchase and recommend our furniture care kit for maintaining the beauty of your pieces.
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe. International shipping rates vary by destination and order size. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. Contact our international shipping team for a detailed quote.
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it — simply contact our customer care team. After 24 hours, the order enters our fulfillment process and changes may not be possible. If you need to cancel after this window, you can initiate a return once the item is delivered, subject to our return policy.
